SLOW COOKER CHICKEN Fix a hearty chicken meal
in your slow cooker. Add chicken pieces and some fruit,
vegetables, spices, herbs, and sauce ingredients and let
them simmer away. Or, create a soup or stew featuring
chicken and a vegetable mix. Need flavor ideas? How
about barbecue-flavored chicken chili, spicy garlic-sauced
chicken to serve over rice, chicken pieces simmered in a
wine sauce, or Italian-flavored chicken with tomatoes.
SANDWICHES Create a new sandwich combination.
Pick the bread you want to use, such as rolls, or white,
wheat, rye, or marble bread—or something totally
new. Add a spread and stack it high with meat, cheese,
vegetables, pickles, olives, and anything else to make
your sandwich stand out. Heat it on a griddle for a
hot sandwich. Or make a cold combo with fresh, crisp
ingredients, or a fresh spin on chicken or seafood salad.
Send us your best, most creative recipe.
